If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
All items purchased will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase unless priority shipping is selected or discussed at time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays outside of our control.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer a refund and/or exchange policy.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
It will be inspected by our team to verify its condition, to ensure any and all security markings are intact without showing signs of being tampered with, to satisfy us that the item is genuine and complete and whether any mechanisms have been replaced. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after fully inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit usually within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuers policy.
If the item is damaged, altered or tampered with in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
